About the role

Join BetterOasis as a Residential Children’s Home Manager and lead the operation of Camelia House, a home dedicated to providing exceptional care for children. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards while creating a nurturing environment that promotes safety and growth.

Your role involves overseeing care plans, managing staff performance, and ensuring children receive tailored support to meet their individual needs. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, lead inspections, and maintain regulatory compliance to achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing children’s homes.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and safeguarding skills.
