Join our BetterOasis team as a Team Manager for a semi-independent 16+ young person’s homes catering to Looked After Children (LAC) in Norfolk.

About the role

Oversee 16+ accommodations for Looked After Children (LAC). Manage compliance, care planning, risk management, and staff supervision. Serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead and foster effective partnerships with agencies to ensure positive outcomes for young people.

Your responsibilities include supervising teams, maintaining Ofsted standards, and managing resources effectively. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who values collaboration and innovation in residential care.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or related qualification.
  • Extensive experience with LAC and trauma-informed practice.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and safeguarding.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
